Experimental Study on the Performance of Graphene Anti-Corrosion Components
In response to the problems of general corrosion resistance,easy color change,and the impact of galvanizing process on the anti-corrosion effect of commonly used galvanized highway guardrails,it is pro-posed to use graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosion coatings for highway guardrail anti-corrosion.By com-paring traditional galvanizing,galvanizing spray coating,and graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosion coat-ing,tests of corrosion resistance,UV resistance,and mechanical performance are conducted respectively. The results show that the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosion specimens are obviously better than those of galvanized specimens and galvanized spray coated specimens,and the UV aging resistance of the three specimens is almost the same.Thus it can be seen that the graphene nanocomposite anti-corrosion coating meets the requirements of engineering use and is superi-or to galvanized and galvanized spray coating anti-corrosion.
