海绵城市在北方寒冷老旧小区的雨水控制与利用技术

当前,全球水资源短缺现象已引起广泛关注,成为亟待解决的重要问题.为缓解用水紧张,基于低影响开发措施(LID)等雨水综合利用理论与技术的海绵城市理念应运而生.关注寒冷地区的雨水控制与利用问题,结合国内外相关研究与已实际推广应用的城市经验,对海绵城市雨洪控制与利用技术进行综述,并根据目前海绵城市建设现状进行思考与展望.在实际工程案例中通过运用透水铺装、植草沟、绿色屋顶等技术,根据地域特点制定雨水收集与利用策略,并结合寒冷地区特有的地理特征,对雨水控制与利用技术进行了创新和改进,为寒冷地区的雨水管理提供了有力支持,有利于提升海绵城市规划与专项管理的经济效益及社会效益.
Rainwater Control and Utilization Technology of Sponge City in Cold and Old Community in Northern China
At present,the global shortage of water resources has attracted widespread attention and become an important issue that urgently needs to be solved.In order to alleviate water scarcity,the concept of sponge city based on rainwater comprehensive utilization theories and technologies such as Low Impact De-velopment Measures(LID) has emerged.Focusing on the issue of rainwater control and utilization in cold regions,combining relevant research at home and abroad with practical urban experience that has been pro-moted and applied,it summarizes the rainwater control and utilization technology of sponge cities,and re-flects on and prospects for the current status of sponge city construction.In practical engineering cases,rainwater collection and utilization strategies are developed based on regional characteristics by using per-meable pavement,grass planting ditches,green roofs,and other technologies.Combined with the unique ge-ographical characteristics of cold regions,innovative and improved rainwater control and utilization technol-ogy are implemented,providing strong support for rainwater management in cold regions and improving the economic and social benefits of sponge city planning and special management.
