Performance Evaluation of Assemble Building Supply Chain Based on FCE
The evaluation of the performance of assemble building supply chain plays a positive role in pro-moting the development of assemble building supply chain and providing theoretical basis for the manage-ment of assemble building supply chain.Based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model(SCOR),a scientific and systematic indicator system is constructed by studying and analyzing six dimensions:design stage,procurement stage,production stage,transportation stage,construction and assemble stage,and own-er satisfaction survey stage.It applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to com-plete the weighting of evaluation indicators,uses Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) for evaluation,and conducts empirical analysis through a certain assemble building project to provide reference for the per-formance evaluation of the assemble building supply chain.
