BIM Optimization Method for the Supervision of the Whole Construction Process of Prefabricated Buildings
There are many uncertain factors in the construction process, and in order to achieve the whole process supervision,a BIM optimization method for the whole process supervision of prefabricated building construction is proposed.According to the basic structural information of prefabricated building projects,u-sing Revit,MS Project and Navisworks software,a BIM model is established through 3D model construc-tion,construction process planning, and construction process progress information association. The 3D pro-gress simulation is used to dynamically simulate the whole process of prefabricated buildings, and to mac-roscopically control the situation where the actual progress is not synchronized with the planned progress, completing the optimization of the whole construction process. It uses BIM technology to establish a cost-benefit allocation model for construction, improving the accuracy of construction cost supervision, and com-bining collision detection of components and site facilities to update the established BIM model in time,so as to achieve better supervision of the whole process of prefabricated construction. The experimental re-sults show that it can effectively improve the supervision efficiency of the whole process of prefabricated building construction and reduce equipment energy consumption. It can realize 3D dynamic construction simulation, with strong visualization of simulation effects,real-time update, and high efficiency.
