Study on the Invasion Limit Problem of Excavation Retaining Pile Reinforced with Adhesive Steel
During the construction of deep excavation retaining piles, accidents of pile intrusion into the boundary often occur due to factors such as geological conditions, surrounding environment, construction technology, and construction equipment.Taking into account the construction environment around the ex-cavation,as well as factors such as building area, function, construction period, and cost, the adhesive steel reinforcement is selected to treat and reinforce the invasion limiting piles.By calculating the bearing capaci-ty of the retaining piles before and after processing, the results show that adhesive steel reinforcement can compensate for the bearing capacity of the retaining piles after cutting off the invasion limit.Based on the back analysis of the deep horizontal displacement of the pile body and monitoring results of pile cracks, the feasibility of the bonded steel reinforcement scheme is demonstrated.During the construction, utilizing the spatial effect of the excavation,a sequential construction is adopted to cut and reinforce the invasion limit retaining piles. All monitoring indicators of the excavation are within the allowable range of the design dur-ing the treatment. The use of adhesive steel reinforcement effectively solves the problem of pile invasion limit in excavation retaining. It can provide reference for similar projects.
