Research on the Tripartite Subject Game Analysis of Passive Housing Cost
In the background of large-scale development of passive housing construction in China,an innova-tive approach is taken from perspective of controlling the cost of passive housing.Based on evolutionary game theory,a tripartite subject game model is conducted to analyze the balance and stability strategies.The research results show that strengthening relevant laws,regulations,and institutional processes for gov-ernment audit units and construction units can better promote policies to control the cost of passive hous-ing while ensuring their own security.
