Determination of Fifteen Kinds of Azo Dyestuffs in Cosmetics by LC-MS
It establishes a method for determining 15 kinds of azo dyes in cosmetics using liquid chromatog-raphy-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).The azo dye in the sample is extracted using water as the solvent,puri-fied with petroleum ether,and determined by mass spectrometry detector.The detection limit of various azo dyes is 0.005～0.020 mg/kg,and the recovery rate is 80%～100%.The relative standard deviation(RSD)of various azo dyes in different matrices is less than 10%.
