研究了不同退火时间对304不锈钢晶粒结构、拉伸性能及显微硬度的影响,通过对比微观组织、力学性能的差异,分析了800℃退火温度、5~20 min不同热处理时间下,该材料晶粒尺寸、拉伸强度、形变情况、截面显微硬度值的变化规律,讨论了不同保温时间对304奥氏体不锈钢组织及性能演化特征的影响机理.
Effect of Different Annealing and Holding Time on the Microstructure and Properties of 304 Austenitic Stainless Steel
In this paper ,the effects of different annealing times on the grain structure ,tensile properties and microhardness of 304 stainless steel were studied ,and the variation of grain size ,tensile strength ,deformation and microhardness value of cross-section of 304 stainless steel under different heat treatment conditions of 800 ℃ annealing temperature and 5~20 min was analyzed by comparing the differences in microstructure and mechanical properties ,and the influence mechanism of dif-ferent holding time on the microstructure and property evolution characteristics of 304 austenitic stainless steel was discussed.
