设计了一款多波长激光二极管阵列(Laser diode array,LDA)侧面脉冲泵浦Nd:YAG晶体的电光调Q激光器.泵浦源采用峰值功率4 000W的4-λ激光二极管阵列,增益介质为ϕ5 mm×50 mm Nd:YAG晶体,并用磷酸二氘钾晶体进行电光调Q实验.激光器在工作温度30℃,重复频率30 Hz下,得到最大输出能量176 mJ、脉宽4.8 ns的1 064 nm脉冲激光输出,光光转化效率达到15.1%,光束质量M2x=3.1,M2y=3.2.对控温和无温控时激光器输出做了稳定性测试,二者的平均能量均为144 mJ,最低输出能量121 mJ.
4-λ Pulse-pumped Nd:YAG Lasers on the Side of LDAs
In this paper,a multi-wavelength laser diode array(Laser diode array,LDA)side pulse-pumped electro-optic Q-switched laser of Nd:YAG crystal is designed.The pump source uses a 4-λ laser diode array with a peak power of 4 000 W,and the gain medium is a ϕ5 mm×50 mm Nd:YAG crystal,and the electro-optic Q-switching experiment is carried out with a potassium diduterium phosphate crystal.When the laser works at a working temperature of 30℃and a repetition rate of 30 Hz,a 1 064 nm pulsed laser output with a maximum output energy of 176 mJ and a pulse width of 4.8 ns is obtained.The light-to-light conversion efficiency reaches 15.1%.The beam quality M2x=3.1,M2y=3.2.The stability test of the laser output under temperature control and no temperature control was carried out.The average energy of both is 144 mJ,and the minimum output energy is 121 mJ.
