非致冷红外辐射计宽温度补偿与标定算法研究

在非恒温室且进行宽温度范围(-50℃~300℃)标定时,为使非致冷红外辐射计在不同环境温度下保持较高的测量精度,建立了考虑探测器温度效应的辐射定标模型和标定数据处理方法.在不同黑体温度和不同环境温度条件下进行红外辐射计的辐射定标实验,得到黑体温度、环境温度与响应度之间的函数关系,建立相应的数学模型,并对标定结果进行了实验验证.结果表明不同黑体温度与环境温度关系式系数可做线性化处理.实验建立的数据处理模型可使非致冷红外辐射计的测量误差<1℃,在低成本的情况下,提高了非致冷红外辐射计在不同温度环境下的测温精度.
Research on Non-Cold Infrared Radiation Meter Width Temperature Compensation and Calibration Algorithm Study
When the non-constant greenhouse and the wide temperature range of-50℃~300℃,in order to keep the non-cold infrared radiation meter maintaining a high measurement accuracy at different environmental temperatures,the radiation standard model and the temperature effect of the detector temperature effect is established.Calculate the data processing method.In the temperature of different black bodies and different environmental temperature conditions,the radiation bidding experiment of infrared radiation meter is performed,and the function relationship between the black body temperature and the ambient temperature and response degree is obtained.The corresponding mathematical model is established,and the calibration results are verified.The results show that:different black body temperature and environmental temperature relationships can be processed linearly.The data processing model established by the experiment can make the measurement error of non-cold infrared radiation scheme<1℃.In the case of low cost,the temperature measurement accuracy of non-cold infrared radiation meters in different temperature environments is improved.
