中国式现代化视域下基层治理路径研究

摘要
随着中国式现代化的不断推进,基层治理成为备受关注的焦点.基层治理在现代化进程中起到重要支撑作用,现代化为基层治理发展提供强劲动力.改革开放40多年来,我国基层治理事业取得长足进步.然而,在中国式现代化背景下,基层治理还面临许多问题与挑战,具体表现为基层组织能力不足、公众参与度较低、信息透明度不够、法制环境有待完善.应通过加强基层组织建设、实现信息公开透明化、加大政策执行力度、保证司法独立公正等路径,推进中国式现代化视域下的基层治理现代化.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of Chinese-style modernization,grassroots governance has become the focus of attention.Grassroots governance plays an important supporting role in the process of modernization,while modernization provides a strong driving force for the development of grassroots governance.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's grassroots governance has made great progress.However,under the backdrop of Chinese-style modernization,grassroots governance still faces many problems and challenges.The specific manifestations are insufficient capacity of grassroots organizations,low public participation,inadequate informa-tion transparency,and imperfect legal environment.This article suggests strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations,reali-zing information openness and transparency,enhancing policy implementation,and ensuring judicial independence and impartiality,so as to promote the modernization of grassroots governance from the perspective of Chinese-style modernization.
