摘要
乡村治理能力与乡村振兴战略的发展密切相关.在"三治融合"背景下,本文梳理"三治融合"的相关概念,从自治、法治、德治三个角度分析当前乡村治理存在的问题,并提出在乡村治理中应该坚持党的领导,进行多元治理、依法治村,创新治理路径.
Abstract
Rural governance capacity is closely related to the development of rural revitalization strategies.In the context of the"integra-tion of the three policies"of governance,this paper sorts out the concepts related to the"Integration of the Three Policies",and analy-zes the current problems in rural governance from the three perspectives of autonomy,rule of law,and morality.Then,this paper propo-ses that in rural governance,it is essential to adhere to the Party's leadership,diverse governance,and rule of law in the village,and make innovation on the path of governance.
