摘要
模拟法庭教学作为法学实践教学的重要组成部分,将"教"与"学"活动有机结合,对法学专业人才培养目标的实现具有重要意义.然而现阶段我国高校模拟法庭教学存在诸多问题,难以充分发挥其本应具有的价值.本文根据新时代中国特色社会主义法治建设的新特点,创新模拟法庭教学方式,优化教学组织流程,完善评价机制,以期提高模拟法庭教学效果,更好地实现法学专业人才培养目标.
Abstract
As an essential part of legal practice teaching,the teaching of moot court integrates"teaching"and"learning"activities,which has great significance in achieving the goal of cultivating legal professionals.However,there are many problems in the teaching of moot court in Chinese colleges and universities at present,which makes it difficult to fully exert its inherent value.Based on the new characteristics of socialist rule of law construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this article innovates the teaching methods of the moot court,optimizes the teaching organization process,and improves the evaluation mechanism,in order to enhance the teaching effect of the moot court and better achieve the goal of cultivating legal professionals.
