摘要
大豆E基因家族对其生育期调控起着重要作用,明确不同大豆品种资源的E基因变异类型对提前预测大豆亲本和子代的生育期具有重要价值.随着分子生物学技术的不断发展,众多大豆E基因家族成员被鉴定,尤其是作为主效基因的E1~E4,其多个变异类型被陆续发现和鉴定.本文概述了E1~E4 基因的特征、不同基因型及与生育期之间的关系,对今后如何高效开展大豆生育期预测及遗传改良提出展望.
Abstract
The E gene family in soybean plays an important role in regulating its maturity,therefore,identifying the E gene variation types of different soybean varieties is of great value for predicting the maturity of soybean parents and offspring in advance.With the con-tinuous development of molecular biology technology,numerous members of the soybean E gene family have been identified.Especially E1 to E4,as the main effector genes,multiple types of variation have been discovered and identified one after another.This article pro-vides an overview of the characteristics of E1 to E4 genes,their different genotypes,and their relationship with maturity.It also provides prospects for efficient prediction and genetic improvement of soybean maturity in the future.
