复合阴极材料SSC-YWO的制备及性能分析

摘要
采用固相法制备Sm0.5 Sr0.5 CoO3-δ(SSC)-Y2 W3 O12(YWO)复合阴极材料SSC-YWO,并研究该材料的物相组成、热重、Co的平均价态和氧含量.实验结果表明,SSC和YWO在 1 050℃以内的化学相容性良好;晶格氧的丢失和氧空位的形成造成该材料在 80℃左右失重较大;Co离子的平均价态和氧含量随YWO的含量升高而降低,氧空位浓度提升.
Abstract
The cathode material SSC-YWO was synthesized by solid-state method.The phase composition,thermogravimetric analysis,average valence state of Co and oxygen content of the material were studied.The results show that SSC and YWO have good chemical compatibility within 1 050℃.The loss of lattice oxygen and the formation of oxygen vacancies result in significant weight loss of the ma-terial at around 80℃.The average valence state and oxygen content of Co ions decrease with the increase of YWO content,while the ox-ygen vacancy concentration increases.
