Gd掺杂TiO2光催化剂制备及其可见光活性研究

利用溶胶凝胶法制备Gd掺杂TiO2(不同配比)光催化剂,并用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和红外光谱仪(IR)对样品进行表征,以罗丹明B为目标污染物,测试该光催化剂的光催化活性.结果表明,合成的光催化剂中Gd在TiO2结构中以Gd2O3 结合在TiO2表面,样品表面具有大量羟基,有利于污染物的光催化降解.
Preparation of Gd Doped TiO2 Photocatalyst and Study on their Visible Light Photocatalytic Activity
Gd2O3-TiO2 photocatalyst were prepared by the Sol-gel method,and its phase structure were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and IR.Using Rhodamine B as target pollutants,their visible light photocatalytic activity in dye wastewater were studied.The re-sults indicate that Gd is incorporated into the TiO2 structure as gadolinium trioxide,forming a strong bond with the TiO2 surface.Addi-tionally,the sample surface exhibits a significant presence of hydroxyl groups,which enhances its photocatalytic capability for pollutant degradation.
