人参发酵产物中总皂苷的纯化研究

以人参总皂苷为评价指标,考察洗脱液体积、上样液质量浓度、上样液体积等因素,测定纯化过程的最佳参数.结果表明,最佳的提纯工艺是采用D101 大孔树脂,湿法填装,药液的质量浓度0.8 g/mL,上样时所用的速度 2 BV/h,静置 1h吸附药液,洗脱时先用蒸馏水将未吸附杂质洗去,再用 5BV的 75%乙醇溶液洗去有效成分.最终确定的纯化工艺既简单又高效,可以适用于大生产.
Ginseng Total Saponins in Medicinal Fungus Quality Purification Research
The optimum purification conditions of total saponins from ginseng fermentation products were determined by single factor ex-periment using total saponins as evaluation index.After examining elution liquid volume,loading liquid mass concentration,loading liq-uid volume,etc.The best purification process is:D101 macroporous resin,wet filling,liquid concentration 0.8 g/mL,the speed used during loading is 2 BV/h,standing for 1h to adsorb the liquid,eluted with distilled water to wash off the unadsorbed impurities,and then wash off the effective components with 5 BV 75%ethanol solution.The final purification process is simple and efficient,which can be applied to large-scale production.
