In order to explore the factors affecting elderly users' willingness to use smart home care services, based on UTAUT model, trust theory, perceived risk theory and related literature, research hypotheses were proposed. Data were collected through investigation, and structural equation models were constructed by AMOS26.0 to test hypotheses. The results showed that performance expectation, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions of facilities, and perceived trust positively affected the elderly' s willingness to use smart home care service. Perceived risk negatively affects the elderly' s perceived trust and willingness to use smart home care services. Perceived trust plays a mediating role between perceived risk and willingness to use. Combined with the research conclusions, the paper puts forward five suggestions of enhancing the willingness of users of smart home elderly care service:enriching the content of smart home elderly care service, promoting the aging of service, expanding publicity channels, creating convenient conditions, and improving the security system.
