Under the background of the new era, digital technology provides an enabling role for promoting the high-quality development of international trade, which is embodied in the expansion of the scope of foreign trade, the reduction of the cost of international trade and the innovation of international trade mode. At present, subject to the influence of laws and regulations, professionals, facilities construction, trade barriers, international cooperation and other factors, the effectiveness of digital technology to enable high-quality development of international trade is not obvious. Accordingly, this paper puts forward concrete proposals, accelerating the pace of policy and regulation construction, and steadily promoting the continuous growth of the digital economy;cultivating high-quality digital trade talents to break through the development dilemma of"being controlled by others";actively innovating digital trade technology and continuously optimizing digital infrastructure construction;enhancing the level of opening up of digital trade, and appropriately relaxing restrictions on cross-border digital flows;promoting the deep integration of digital technology and industry, and accelerating the pace of industrial digital transformation.
