The establishment of the Judical Administration was one of the important contents of judicial reform in the late Qing Dynasty. According to the unified plan of the Qing government, Jilin Province became one of the first regions to establish a judicial system, enabling the establishment of Jilin Province's first judicial institution and achieving the separation of judicial trial and administration, thereby promoting Jilin Province's transformation towards judicial modernization and laying the foundation for subsequent judicial system reform.
