摘要

中华文明思想宝库中沉淀了丰厚的师德教育资源,包括科学的教师队伍建设实践方法、丰富的中国特色师德教育学说等,历经千年仍不失重要教育价值."两个结合"既包括对马克思主义理论的继承和发展,又包含对中华优秀传统文化的传承与转化.在"两个结合"的指导之下,对传统师德文化进行甄别、激活和创造性转化,对解决教师教育现代化难题有重要的理论和实践意义.

Abstract

There are abundant teachers' morality education resources in the traditional Chinese civilization. It includes the scientific practice method of the teaching team construction, and the rich education theory of the Chinese characteristics of teacher ethics. The important educational value has never been lost for thousands of years. The"two combinations"inherits and develops the Marxist theory, as well as carries forward and transforms the Chinese excellent traditional culture. Under this guidance, the work of selection, activation, and creative transformation on the traditional teachers' morality culture is of great theoretical and practical significance, which is beneficial to solving the problem of teacher education modernization.
