Based on the definitions of fuzzy associative algebras, this paper describes the quotient structures of fuzzy associative algebras by using the concepts of fuzzy ideals, and then brings up the corresponding fuzzy homomorphism theorem by combining the concepts of fuzzy homomorphisms, which is useful for discussing the classification of fuzzy associative algebras.
