医学院校制药工程、药学和药分等专业均开设了物理化学综合实验课程.本文阐述了扫描电子显微镜联合电化学工作站测试技术在物理化学综合实验教学中的应用.学生通过自主查阅文献,设计合成催化剂材料,使用扫描电子显微镜表征并观察催化剂材料的形貌和结构,同时借助电化学工作站仪器平台,将所制备的催化剂应用于电化学催化水分解实验.扫描电镜联合电化学工作站测试技术在物理化学实验教学中的应用,不仅激起了学生浓厚的学习兴趣,也锻炼了学生的实验操作技能和自主探究能力,同时对学生的科研素养、创新意识和思维方式的培养具有重要意义,更有利于提升医学院校物理化学实验课程的教学质量和教学效果.
Application of Scanning Electron Microscope Combined with Electrochemical Workstation in Physical Chemistry Experiment Teaching
The comprehensive experimental courses of physical chemistry were offered in pharmaceutical engineering, pharmacy and pharmaceutical analysis and other majors in medical colleges. This paper introduced the application of scanning electron microscope ( SEM) and electrochemical workstation in the physical chemistry experiment teaching for the comprehensive experiment of the electro-chemistry. At first, students consulted literatures independently, and then designed and synthesized the catalyst materials. The morpholo-gy and structure of the materials was observed by SEM, and that the synthetic catalysts were used as the electrocatalyst for water splitting with the help of the instrument platform of electrochemical workstation. The application of scanning electron microscope and electrochemi-cal workstation in the comprehensive experiment of physical chemistry, that not only aroused students' strong interest in learning, but al-so exercised students' practical skills and independent exploration ability, which also had far-reaching significance for the cultivations of students' hands-on ability, thinking ability and innovative ability. This course mode significantly improved the teaching effect of under-graduate experimental courses.
