温度对厌氧土壤消毒处理效果的影响

Effect on Eliminating Obstacle of Cropping Soil Treated by Anaerobic Soil Disinfestation with Different Temperature

为探讨温度对厌氧土壤消毒处理消除连作障碍因子的影响,以番茄连作土壤为研究对象,设置5个处理:对照、10℃、20℃、30℃和40℃处理,置于生化恒温培养箱内,密封处理3周.结果表明,不同温度ASD处理均可使土壤pH显著升高、EC显著降低,土壤有机碳(TOC)、速效钾含量显著增加,低温(小于10℃)ASD处理不能完全消除土壤累积的NO-3,高温(40℃)ASD处理中NH+4含量显著升高;不同温度ASD处理中细菌数量显著增加,高温(40℃)ASD处理中真菌、尖孢镰刀菌数量均显著降低.可见,高温(40℃)ASD处理效果最好,不同温度ASD处理均显著提高土壤TOC、速效钾含量.
To explore the influence on the removal of obstacle factors in continuous cropping soil treated by anaerobic soil disinfestation ( ASD) under different treating temperature,taking tomato continuous cropping soil as the research object,five soil treatments were set up as the following:control( CK)、treated by ASD at 10 ℃,20 ℃,30 ℃ and 40℃,respectively,which were all sealed and treated in bio-chemical incubator for 3 weeks. The results showed that soil pH values were significantly increased and EC values decreased by ASD treatment at different temperatures,and the contents of soil organic carbon ( TOC) and available K increased significantly. Effect on elim-ination NO-3 contents in soils treated by ASD were poor at low temperature (≤10 ℃) ,while the NH+4 contents in soils treated by ASD significantly increased at high temperature ( 40 ℃) . The number of bacteria in soils treated by ASD significantly increased at different temperatures.The number of fungi and Fusarium oxysporum in soils treated by ASD at high temperature(40 ℃) were significantly de-creased.In conclusion, the best effect occurred in soil treated by ASD at high temperature (40℃),and the contents of TOC and availa-ble K in soil treated by ASD were significantly increased at different temperatures.
