Carrying out party history learning and education is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee with Com-rade Xi Jinping as the core,based on the new starting point of the 100-year history of the party and focusing on creating a new situation for the development of the cause.As the main front to undertake the important mission of"educating talents for the Party and the coun-try",universities should actively build a management system for party history learning and education,promote the normalization and long-term effectiveness of the system for party history learning and education,promote the better integration of party history into textbooks,classrooms,and minds,and play an important role in virtue fostering and talent cultivating.
