Research on Brand Construction of Grass-Roots Party Building in Colleges and Universities Based on PDEI Model
The brand construction of grass-roots Party building work in colleges and universities is helpful to improve the innovation level of the work and enhance the sense of identity of Party members and cadres toward Party building work,which is one of the important measures to raise the popularity of grass-roots Party organizations.Taking the School of Management of Liaoning Normal University as an example,this paper proposes to apply the PDEI cycle theory in the management to the construction of Party building brand in colleges and universities.Combined with the new goals,new requirements and new tasks of colleges and universities for the creation of grass-roots Party building brands,the construction mechanism of Party building brand has four stages:plan,do,evaluate and improve.This paper defines the work content and responsibilities of grass-roots Party organizations at each stage,creates an efficient optimization mechanism for Party building work,and promotes the high-quality development of grass-roots Party building work in colleges and universities.
