Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Community Governance under the Background of"Hollowing Out"
In recent years,with the acceleration of China's urbanization,a large number of rural young and middle-aged labor force go to urban area to work,resulting in the increasingly serious problem of"hollowing out"in rural areas.This phenomenon of"hollowing out"brings problems to the current rural community governance,such as the lack of governance subjects,the lag of public services,the reduction of social relevance and the failure of cultural inheritance.It is therefore necessary to strengthen the community construction and governance of hollow villages by strengthening the construction of rural grassroots organizations,adjusting the rural industrial structure,optimizing and integrating public resources,and enriching the cultural life of villagers.
