光、氮及其互作对水萝卜种子萌发的影响

以水萝卜为实验材料,用纸上发芽法进行实验,设置全光(L1)、半遮光(L2)、黑暗(L3)三种不同的光照处理,各光照处理下设置5个氮肥处理组(质量浓度分别为0、25、50、75、1 00 mg/L),研究对水萝卜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,在黑暗条件下,施加适合质量浓度的氮肥会增加幼苗重量,从而提高幼苗质量,也证明了环境中生态因子的综合作用与补偿性作用.
Interactive Effects of Light Intensity and Nitrogen on Seed Germination of Raphanus Sativus
The seeds of raphanus sativus were taken as test material,and hydroponic experiments were carried out in perti dishes.Three different light treatments were set up:full light(L1),semi-shade(L2),and darkness(L3).Five types of nitrogen fertilizers were set under each light treatment.The effects of concentrations(0,25,50,75,100 mg/L)on R.sativus seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that under dark conditions,applying nitrogen fertilizer at a suitable depth will increase the weight of seedlings,thus improving the quality of seedlings.It also proves the comprehensive and compensatory effects of ecological fac-tors in the environment.
