Intuitionistic Fuzzy MAIRCA Decision-Making Method Based on Attribute Preference
To tackle the problem of emergency decision making in uncertain information environment,a multi-attribute ideal reality com-parison analysis(MAIRCA)based on attribute preferences is proposed.Firstly,we present an extended MAIRCA method using intu-itionistic fuzzy sets, and define a new calculation method for expert comprehensive weight and attribute preference weight;Secondly, considering the decision-maker's preference information for each decision attribute,we establish an intuitionistic fuzzy MAIRCA decision-making method based on attribute preferences; Then, the proposed method compares with IF-AHP,IF-MARCOS,IF-TOP-SIS,IF-BWM,IF-MAIRCA and IF-VIKOR by an example of emergency decision making for network security;Lastly, the alternatives are re-ranked with dynamically-adjusted attribute weights for sensitivity analysis, and the results obtained tend to be consistent,indica-ting that the proposed method has strong robustness.
