摘要
以泡沫镍为基底和镍源,利用一步水热硫化方法,制备出具有自支撑特点的铁掺杂的Ni3S2 纳米片.利用XRD、SEM、Raman等测试手段对系列催化剂的结构、形貌进行表征分析,并测试其析氧活性.相比于单一的Ni3S2,铁掺杂的Ni3S2 具有优异的析氧活性.其中Fe-Ni3S2-1 具有最佳的催化性能,达到 10 mA·cm-2 和 100 mA·cm-2 的电流密度,所需的过电势分别为 231 mV和275 mV,Tafel斜率达到 31.3 mV·dec-1,同时Fe-Ni3S2-1 具有很好的稳定性.
Abstract
We reported the synthesis of Fe-doped Ni3S2 nanosheets through hydrothermal method using NF as the substrate and Ni source.The structure and morphology of a series of catalysts were characterized with XRD,SEM and Raman,and the oxygen evolution activities were tested.Fe-doped Ni3S2 exhibits a significantly-improved activities compared to Ni3S2.Fe-Ni3S2-1 shows the best OER catalytic activity with low overpotential of 231 mV and 275 mV at 10 mA·cm-2 and 100 mA·cm-2 and Tafel slope of 31.3 mV·dec-1,and good stability.
