Synthesis of New Modified Rust Transfer Agent Emulsion and High Temperature Resistant Coating Based on Acrylic Acid and Gallic Acid
Rust transfer agent has the advantages of mild reaction conditions and high efficiency,so it is widely used in rust prevention treatment of metal surface.In order to solve the difficult problem of rust removal in large steel buildings,a new rust transfer agent emul-sion was prepared by seed emulsion polymerization with acrylic acid and gallic acid as raw materials,and a high temperature resistant coating was prepared by sol-gel method with epoxy resin and polyisocyanate as the main raw materials.The results show that the particle size of the modified acrylic acid emulsion is relatively uniform,and the corrosion potential of the sample coated with rust conversion coat-ing is-0.613 V,which is much lower than that of bare steel and rust-attached steel,and has a certain inhibition effect on rust transfor-mation.Through a series of single factor experiments,the optimum preparation conditions of high temperature resistant coatings are as follows:grinding time is 50 min,dispersion time is 60 min,face base ratio is 3.0,paint film thickness is 300 μm,and curing agent dosage is 15%.The rust transfer agent emulsion prepared by research has good stability and excellent corrosion resistance,and can meet the anti-corrosion requirements of metal equipment.
