During the Northeast Anti-Japanese War,the CPC opened up a number of anti-Japanese guerrilla bases and engaged in the construction of democracy,the implementation of economic policies for the benefit of the people,and publicity and education activities in the bases,creating an objective environment conducive to the political participation of the people.Under the political mobilization of the CPC for the War of Resistance against Japan,the people enthusiastically participated in politics by participating in the establishment of the anti-Japanese democratic government,joining the CPC and anti-Japanese groups,participating in mass gatherings and local anti-Japanese armed forces,and strengthened their revolutionary identity in the process of participating in politics,thus consolidating the po-sition of the CPC,supporting the anti-Japanese coalition in the Northeast,and accumulating valuable historical experience.
