Takeover,transformation and construction were the main contents of the enterprise policy of the CPC around 1949.Qiming Power Plant has been one of the important enterprises in Chengdu since modern times.It holds an important position in the history of in-dustrial development in Chengdu.After the Chengdu Military Management Commission took over the enterprise in 1950 on the premise of stability,by changing the nature of the factory,establishing a democratic management system,and establishing an enterprise-oriented business model,a new production order was formed.
