Research on the Accurate Support of the Improvement of Rural Teacher Education Quality from the Perspective of Emotional Energy
From the perspective of emotional energy,the precise support of rural teacher education is of great significance to awakening teachers' work initiative,improving the overall quality of rural education,narrowing the gap between urban and rural education,and pro-moting the realization of rural revitalization strategy.This paper mainly analyzes the path of improving the quality of rural teachers' educa-tion from two dimensions of accurate software support and hardware precision support.Accurate software support includes the creation of social emotional support culture,cultivating family emotional support literacy,shaping the quality of students' emotional support,and en-hancing teachers' emotional support skills.Accurate hardware support includes ensuring the implementation of the system and injecting the emotional energy of rural teachers;activating the positive emotion and strengthening the emotional experience of rural teachers;and providing catharsis facilities to realize the activation and supply of emotional energy.In addition,we should also pay attention to the ad-vantages of digital technology,and promote the precise support of improving the quality of rural teacher education in the direction of per-sonalized,vivid and sharing.
