基于雷达发射机的基础工作特点与系统结构原理,应用当前先进的PLC控制技术,对雷达发射机自动控制系统进行分析,按照发射机系统所给定的控制要求,确定自动化控制系统的总体设计方案.首先,选出型号合适的PLC作为核心控制器,以便达成雷达专用发射机系统的时序控制;然后,针对时序控制的流程、功能实现的方案以及控制程序的具体编写等展开研究,实现控制.相比于采用传统单片机和继电器等诸多控制系统,此套自动控制系统的逻辑修改、功能增加会相对简便,硬件体积更小、工作性能更稳定,控制功能也更多样化.
Design and Application of Radar Automatic Control System Based on PLC
Based on the basic working characteristics and system structure principle of the radar transmitter,the current advanced PLC control technology is applied to analyse the automatic control system of the radar transmitter,and determine the overall design scheme of the automatic control system according to the control requirements given by the transmitter system.First of all,select the appropriate PLC model as the core controller to achieve the timing control of the radar special transmitter system.Then,carry out research on the process of timing control,the plan of function realisation and the specific writing of the control program to realise the control.Compared with many control systems such as traditional single-chip microcomputers and relays,the logic modification and function increase of this automatic control system will be relatively simple,the hardware size is smaller,the working performance is more stable,and the control functions are more diversified.
