摘要
环状化合物按环的形式分为单环和稠环两类.稠环化合物又分双环、三环、四环等不同的结构.Xylarinol A、Cyclomegistine、Mollenine A等活性分子分别属于双环、三环、四环稠合化合物,药理活性突出.本文综述了双环化反应在合成稠杂环化合物中的应用,涉及环化扩环、亲核取代、Friedel-Crafts烷基化等历程,极大拓展了稠杂环化合物的多样性.
Abstract
Cyclic compounds are divided into monocyclic and fused ring according to the form of the ring,and fused ring compounds are divided into different structures such as bicyclic,tricyclic,tetracyclic.Xylarinol A,Cyclomegistine,Mollenine A and other active mole-cules belong to bicyclic,tricyclic and tetracyclic fused compounds,respectively,with outstanding pharmacological activity.This paper reviews the application of bicyclization in the synthesis of fused heterocyclic compounds,involving cyclization expansion,nucleophilic substitution,Friedel-Crafts alkylation and other processes,which greatly expands the diversity of fused heterocyclic compounds.
