Abstract
In the great practice of revolution,construction,and reform over a long period of time,the Communist Party of China has al-ways attached importance to strengthening the training of young Marxists.This is not only related to the healthy growth of young people,but also to the future and destiny of the party and the country.In Yan'an Period,the Party led the vast number of young Marxists to actively devote themselves to the revolutionary cause of saving the nation from peril through political guidance,theoretical education,and practical tempering,and became the vanguard of the revolution.Reviewing and summarizing the Party's experience and practices in cultivating young Marxists in Yan'an Period is conducive to exploring new paths and new ideas for the Party to continuously consolidate and expand its youth base in the new era,and is of great theoretical and practical significance.
