乡村振兴背景下吉林省农村一二三产业融合发展面临的问题及对策

摘要
乡村振兴是我国实现共同富裕目标的必由之路,而农村一二三产业融合发展既是乡村振兴发展战略的核心要义,也是我国农业实现现代发展的重要途径.吉林省是农业大省,农村人口众多,"三农"问题突出.近年来,吉林省高度关注农业产业建设,但在建设过程中存在着农村一二三产业融合受品牌单一和人才技术短缺的制约以及信息化基础设施不完善、利益联结机制不健全等问题,导致吉林省农民收入不稳定、农业经济增速缓慢.基于此,本文提出创新多元化经营主体模式、完善利益联结机制、激活产业内生动力等对策,以期促进吉林省农村一二三产业深度融合,在惠农的同时助力全省农业经济发展.
Abstract
Rural revitalization is the only way to achieve common prosperity in China.The integrated development of rural primary,sec-ondary and tertiary industries is the core of the strategy of rural revitalization and development,and an important way to realize the mod-ern development of China's agriculture too.Jilin Province,as a large agricultural province,has a large rural population,and the problem of"three rural areas"is prominent.In recent years,Jilin Province has been highly responsive to the country's agricultural industry con-struction.In the process,the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries is restricted by the problems of single brand and shortage of talents and technologies,as well as imperfect information infrastructure and imperfect interest linkage mechanism,which lead to the unstable income of farmers in Jilin Province and the slow growth rate of agricultural economy.Based on this,we put forward countermeasures such as innovating the diversified management model,improving the interest linkage mechanism,and activating the endogenous impetus of industry,in order to accelerate the deep integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in Jilin Province,and promote the development of agricultural economy in the whole province while benefiting agriculture.
