摘要
文章从乡村振兴的时代背景出发,以人本主义理论、语言经济学理论、新公共服务理论为理论依据,探讨了地方政府与高校在语言帮扶实践中的角色定位问题.文章指出,在语言帮扶实践中,地方政府应扮演管理者、引导者、服务者等角色;高校则应扮演培养者、创新者、参与者以及传承者等角色.地方政府与高校只有明确自身的职能定位,找准帮扶方向,才能更好地指导语言帮扶实践,为乡村振兴提供助力.
Abstract
Based on humanistic theory,linguistic economics theory and new public service theory,this paper discusses the roles of local governments and universities in the practice of language assistance in the context of rural revitalization.The article points out that in the practice of language assistance,local governments should play the roles of managers,guides and service providers.Universities should play the roles of cultivator,innovator,participant and inheritor.Only when local governments and universities clearly define their own functional positioning and find the correct direction of assistance,can they better guide the practice of language assistance,so as to pro-vide help for rural revitalization.
