Spatio-Temporal Evolution and Drivers of Industrial Eco-Efficiency in Jilin Province Under the Goal of"Double Carbon"

"双碳"目标下,探析吉林省工业生态效率时空演变及影响因素,对吉林省实现工业绿色发展具有重要意义.基于 2010-2021 年吉林省 8 个地级市相关指标面板数据,综合运用非期望产出Super-SBM模型、Dagum基尼系数及其分解、核密度估计以及基于面板数据的Tobit回归模型,对吉林省工业生态效率发展水平进行区域差异、时空演变及影响因素分析.结果表明,吉林省工业生态效率发展水平具有较大的区域性差异,且随着时间的推移呈现递增趋势,其中区域间差异是造成差异的主要来源;从时间维度上,吉林省各地区工业生态效率发展水平不稳定且呈两极分化趋势,发展水平差异较大;各因素对吉林省工业生态效率发展水平影响程度差异性明显,其中产业结构、区位熵以及科技研发对其有正向促进作用;环境规制等因素对吉林省工业生态效率发展水平存在不同程度的负向影响.
Under the goal of"double carbon",it is of great significance to analyze the spatial and temporal evolution of industrial eco-efficiency and its influencing factors to achieve industrial green development in Jilin Province.This paper analyses the regional differences,spatial and temporal evolution and influencing factors of industrial eco-efficiency development level in Jilin province based on the panel data of eight prefectural-level cities and province from 2010 to 2021 by comprehensively applying the Super-SBM model of non-expected outputs,Dagum's Gini coefficient and its decomposition,Kernel Density Estimation,and the panel Tobit regression mod-el.The results show that:the development level of industrial eco-efficiency in Jilin Province has large regional differences and shows an increasing trend over time,in which the inter-regional differences are the main source of differences;from the time dimension,the de-velopment level of industrial eco-efficiency in Jilin Province and various regions is unstable and shows a trend of bifurcation,and there are large differences in the level of development of various cities and regions;the degree of influence of factors on the development level of industrial eco-efficiency in Jilin Province varies significantly,which the industrial eco-efficiency development level has a significant influence on the level of industrial eco-efficiency in the province.There are obvious differences in the degree of influence,with indus-trial structure,location entropy,and scientific and technological research and development having a positive effect,while environmental regulations have different degrees of negative influence on the level of industrial eco-efficiency development in Jilin Province.
