Agricultural Insurance,Agricultural Technological Progress and Green Development of Agriculture
Firstly,the Cobb Douglas production function model and theoretical framework are constructed to systematically analyze the role of agricultural insurance in promoting the green development of agriculture by agricultural technology progress;secondly,the fixed-effect model is used to investigate the effect of agricultural insurance on agricultural green development.The results show that:the guarantee of agricultural insurance plays the role of post-disaster compensation,increasing farmers'income and producing welfare effect;the policy of agricultural insurance improves farmers'motivation to participate in the insurance and risk appetite,while the welfare effect of agricultural insurance increases farmers'income,stimulates farmers'motivation to use advanced technology,and produces the effect of technological progress.Agricultural insurance effectively promotes the green development of agriculture through agricultural technological progress.
