Research on the Mechanism of Cultural Genes in the Evolution of Enterprise Management Mode——Take A Commodity Platform Enterprise as An Example
In the era of industrial Internet characterized by automation,networking,digitization and intelligence,a distinctive feature of commodity platform enterprises is the trend of extraordinary growth.Whether the management mode can effectively evolve in the process of rapid growth determines the success or failure of business operation,and in this process of change,it is still necessary to adhere to the corporate culture.In this paper we select a commodity Platform enterprise Jwell as the case study object,conduct a three-stage analysis of the evolution process of its management mode,and explore the role of the cultural genes of the enterprise in different stages of enterprises in the reform of management mode.The study found that:cultural genes have an impact on the concept of change in different stages of development of enterprises,and the enterprise's management mode changes subsequently;cultural genes play the roles of incubation,catalysis and amplification respectively in the three stages of enterprise development in accordance with different goals of the enterprise;and the implementation path,basic framework and internal structure of the management mode are adjusted corresponding to the changes in the reform concept,which further affects the combination of various elements of enterprise management.
