Innovative Practice and Optimization of Smart Community Health Care Services for the Aged—Based on the Local Experience of Chengdu
As an organic combination of smart care,community care and healthy care for the aged,smart community health aged care is a new service model that realizes the optimization and upgrading of the supply-side structure under the dual drive of the strategy of"digital powerhouse"and"healthy China".As a pioneer in the practice of smart community health care services,Chengdu has initially established a comprehensive operation system for smart community health care services,which has achieved remarkable results in the construction of service foundation,service details and service mechanisms.It helps the smart community health care to achieve"valid basis,solid establishment,and long-term development",but it still needs to be improved in terms of policy support,technology platform,matching between supply and demand,service quality and talent team.The operation practice of Chengdu smart community health care for the aged is a local microcosm of exploration of the smart community health care model in China,which has accumulated rich and vivid local experience while evaluating the effectiveness of the innovative model and exposing operational constraints in advance.Based on the experience of Chengdu,in the future,the development of smart community health care services for the aged should take demand orientation as the guide,technology application as the means,policy coordination as the guarantee,standard implementation as the regulation,and resource integration as the basis to help the development and upgrading of smart community health care services for the aged in China.
