燃料包壳腐蚀吸氢准则限值分析研究

燃料棒设计中对包壳腐蚀引起的失效行为不加限制,会因包壳强度不足而引起燃料包壳破损.针对锆合金包壳吸氢准则限值,以及与之关联的包壳氧化膜厚度和包壳温度等内容进行了广泛调研,并对相关准则、限值估算及相关资料进行分析,提出针对锆合金包壳腐蚀相关的氢含量、氧化膜厚度和包壳温度等3项限值要求应保持协调一致,给出了包壳氧化膜或腐蚀深度准则限值为100 μm或11.3%,以及包壳吸氢准则限值为500 ppm的建议.
Analysis and Research of Criterion Limits of Hydrogen Absorption for Fuel Cladding Corrosion
There was no restriction on the failure behavior caused by fuel cladding corrosion in fuel rod design,which could lead to fuel cladding damage due to insufficient cladding strength.This article con-ducted extensive research on the limit standard of fuel cladding hydrogen corrosion for zirconium alloy cladding,as well as the associated oxide film thickness and cladding temperature.Relevant criteria re-search,limit estimation,and data analysis had been carried out.Finally,This article suggested that regula-tions should be made for the hydrogen content of the cladding,the thickness limit of the oxide film,or the corrosion depth in the limit values,and that the limits of different types should be coordinated and consist-ent,and provided that the limit values for the oxide film was 100 μm or corrosion depth criterion of the cladding was 11.3%.The limit values for the hydrogen absorption criterion of the cladding was 500 ppm.
