基于药效作用值的茵栀黄颗粒及口服液质量再评价研究

摘要
以药效作用值为指标,对茵栀黄口服液和颗粒进行质量再评价研究.利用高效液相色谱法测定活性成分汉黄芩素、绿原酸和栀子苷的含量,结合层次分析法确定权重系数来计算茵栀黄口服液及颗粒的药效作用值,并采用抗炎、镇痛和护肝药效模型对这2种制剂药效进行验证.结果表明,茵栀黄口服液和茵栀黄颗粒抗炎药效作用值分别为20.54和20.61 mg,镇痛药效作用值分别为14.37和13.66 mg,护肝药效作用值分别为28.54和24.07 mg.体内药效研究表明,茵栀黄口服液护肝与镇痛作用强于茵栀黄颗粒,茵栀黄颗粒抗炎作用强于茵栀黄口服液,药效实验验证结果与其药效作用值预测结果一致.研究结果显示,药效作用值可作为茵栀黄系列制剂药效作用再评价研究的指标.
Abstract
The quality of Yinzhihuang oral liquid and granules will be re-evaluated with the pharmacody-namic value as the index.The active ingredient content wogomin,chlorogenic acid and gardenin were de-termined by using HPLC.Analytic hierarchy process method was also used to evaluate the pharmacodyna-mic effects of Yinzhihuang oral liquid and granules.The efficacy of these two preparations was verified u-sing anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and hepatoprotective pharmacodynamic models.The Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and Yinzhihuang Granules exhibited anti-inflammatory effects of 20.54 and 20.61 mg,respective-ly,the analgesic effects were 14.37 and 13.66 mg,respectively,and the pharmacodynamic effects on he-patic protection were 28.54 and 24.07 mg,respectively.The in vivo efficacy studies of this research indi-cate that Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid provides liver protection and has a stronger analgesic effect than Yinzhihuang Granules.Additionally,the anti-inflammatory effect of Yinzhihuang Granules was found to be stronger than that of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid.These results are consistent with the predicted pharmacody-namic values.The pharmacodynamic value can be used as an index for the re-evaluation of the pharmaco-dynamic effect of Yinzhihuang series preparations.
