Study on Effect of Black Soldier Fly Sand on Growth of Leucocephala and Peas in Soil of Mining Area
The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of black soldier fly sand as an organic fertil-izer on the germination and growth of leucocephala and peas after being mixed with mining soil in different proportions of 0%,5%,10%,20%and 30%.By comparing the germination number, plant height, and dry weight of leucocephala and peas under different fertilization treatments,it was found that the addition of 20%of black soldier fly sand could significantly promote the growth of leucocephala in the soil of the mining area, while the growth of peas was inhibited. Therefore, black soldier fly sand has the potential to be used as a new type of organic fertilizer to effectively improve the growing conditions of leucocephala in the soil of the mining area.At the same time, further research sholud be conducted to see whether peas can be directly used to improve the texture and fertility of soil in mining areas.
