管道焊缝跟踪数字模型的研究与设计

管道焊缝跟踪是指焊枪根据管道焊缝的变化自动调整焊枪轨迹的过程.如何自适应不同焊接坡口,精准跟踪焊缝并提高焊接质量,是管道焊接中一大难点.目前焊缝跟踪方法主要有激光和电弧跟踪法,缺点为设备昂贵及效果较差.为此,提出一种视觉和电弧融合的跟踪算法,降低应用成本,提升跟踪效果.采用"先建模,后焊接"的改进方案,在没有增加难度的同时提升焊接质量.实施方法是首先设置焊缝示教点和焊接起始点,从焊接起始点通过视觉图像计算焊缝坡口的坡度、深度及上下坡口的宽度等参数.在遇到示教点时,获取示教点位的电弧信息.最后根据视觉图像信息、焊枪轨迹、倾角及示教点位的电弧信息等多元数据融合分析,建立跟踪焊缝的数字模型.
Research on and Design of Digital Model Algorithm of Pipe Weld Tracking
Pipe weld tracking refers to the process of the welding torch automatically adjusting the trajecto-ry of the welding torch according to the changes in the pipe weld.How to adapt to different welding grooves to accurately track the weld seam and improve the welding quality is a major difficulty in pipe welding.At present,the welding seam tracking methods mainly include laser and arc tracking methods,which are either expensive or ineffective.Therefore,a tracking algorithm based on visual and arc fusion is proposed to reduce the application cost and improve the tracking effect.The improvement scheme of"modeling first,welding later"is adopted to improve the welding quality without increasing the difficulty.The implementation method is to first set the weld teach-in point and the welding start point,and calculate the slope,depth and width of the upper and lower groove of the weld groove through visual images from the welding starting point.When encountering a teach-in point,the researchers can obtain the arc informa-tion of the teach-in point.Finally,according to the multi-data fusion analysis of visual image information,welding torch trajectory,inclination angle,arc information of teach-in point,etc.,a digital model for track-ing the weld can be established.
