二氧化钛纳米管(TNT)以其独特的结构和物理性质应用广泛.水辅助结晶策略既高效又节能,能克服传统热处理法的一些不足之处.综述了不同TNT水辅助结晶合成方法的最新研究进展,这些方法允许控制TNT的形貌、尺寸和晶体结构;探讨了非晶态TNT如何通过水辅助结晶方法实现向晶态转变,以及水在结晶过程中的影响;分析了采用水辅助结晶法制备TNT的基本性质和TNT在光催化、太阳能电池中的应用.水辅助结晶策略为TNT的进一步研究和应用开辟了新的可能性.
Review in Water-Assisted Crystallization of TiO2 Nanotubes
TiO2 nanotubes(TNT)have been widely used due to their unique structure and physical prop-erties.Water-assisted crystallization method is both efficient and energy-saving,and can successfully over-come some shortcomings of traditional heat treatment methods.This paper summarizes the latest research progress in TNT water-assisted crystallization,and introduces different synthesis methods.These methods can be used to control the morphology,the size,and the crystal structure of TNT and to explore how amor-phous TNT can transition to crystalline state through water-assisted crystallization as well as the influence of water during the crystallization process.The paper also analyzes the basic properties of TNT prepared by water-assisted crystallization method and their applications in photocatalysis and solar cells.The water-assisted crystallization strategy makes the further research and application of TNT possible.
