摘要

随着社会发展,我国对人才需求上升,思政素质培养作为研究生素质教育的重要环节,作用愈发明显.新时代背景下,如何将思政教育与培养工学研究生的创新能力有机融合是目前亟待解决的一个关键问题.开展研究生思政教育方式与思政队伍建设、专业教育与思政教育结合、思政教育融入到研究生创新能力上的探索和实践,能为学校修改完善相关管理制度提供决策支持,为其他新增工学硕士学位点的研究生培养提供示范和借鉴作用.

Abstract

With the development of society, the demand for talents is rising in China. As an important part of postgraduate quality education, ideological and political quality training plays an increasingly obvious role. Under the background of the new era, how to organically integrate ideological and political education with the cultivation of the innovative ability of engineering graduate students is a key issue to be solved urgently at present. The exploration and practice of the ideological and political education mode and ideological and political team construction for graduate students, the combination of professional education and ideological and political education, and the exploration and practice of integrating ideological and political education into the innovative ability of graduate students, which can provide decision-making support for the school to modify and improve the relevant management system, and provide a demonstration and reference for the training of graduate students with other new master of engineering degree program.
