摘要
低生育率是当前我国人口发展呈现出的新情况新变化之一,社会面临少子化和老龄化的挑战,提高女性的生育意愿是破解该问题的关键.针对女性生育意愿进行了二元Logistic模型回归分析,研究结果发现生育经济成本、劳动成本、家庭幸福感与个人心理收益是影响生育意愿的重要因素,当收益大于投入的时候,女性生育意愿更高.对此,提出相关建议,提升女性生育投入与收益的性价比,从性别平等的角度增强女性生育意愿.
Abstract
Low fertility rate is one of the new changes in China's population development at present. Society is facing the challenge of scanty birth rate and an aging population. Improving women's fertility willingness is the key to solve the problem. A binary Logistic model regression analysis was carried out for women's fertility intention,the study results show that the economic cost,labor cost,family happiness,and psychological benefit are important factors influencing fertility intention. When the benefit is greater than the input,women's fertility intention is higher. In this regard,relevant suggestions to improve the cost performance of female reproductive investment and income,and enhance women's reproductive willingness from the perspective of gender equality were put forward.
